We are proud to offer an original and high quality breakfast.

The latter includes a handmade fresh fruit salad, homemade products such as bread, jams, rillettes and local Metisian products such as honey and maple syrup.

You can also enjoy one of our famous crêpes bretonnes. These fines crêpes, made in part of buckwheat flour, are served “complètes”, i.e. with egg, ham, and cheese or simply with maple syrup. The taste of the buckwheat flour pairs flawlessly with that of the maple syrup.

Served with a quality cup of coffee, this breakfast will get your day started on the right foot.

Evening Dining

Service between approximately 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m

Fine cuisine, gastronomy from the garden, the land and the sea. We showcase our favourite local products from Gaspésie and the Lower-Saint-Lawrence.

Our fish and seafood come exclusively from the Gulf estuary. Several products are made in-house. Homemade bread, our house smoked salmon, tasty desserts and our charcuteries etc.

Most of our fresh produce, meats and cheeses come from right here in our region, by local and passionate producers. The herbs are picked right from our garden which overlooks the sea. Dinner is served in our dining room with a breathtaking view of the river as the sun sets. The 3-course table d’hôte dinner at 65$ per person includes an appetizer, an entrée, a dessert and a hot beverage from Camélia Sinensis. We also offer a nice wine list, original cocktails and microbrew beers from the area.

The restaurant is also open to the public, reservations required. We look forward to serving you!
